Package: eep24c Version: 0.1.1-3 Severity: normal
The current release did not work for me because the delay between the clock cycles is too short (maybe because I use a 5m LPT cable). The device could not ack before eep24c read the input pin. This could be easily fixed by changing the delay in mcdelay.c/microdelay() from 1 to 3 outb() calls. Maybe you can just increase this value for your next release so that transmission gets more stable. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.4.25 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) (ignored: LC_ALL set to [EMAIL PROTECTED]) Versions of packages eep24c depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-20 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
