iirc, last time I did an NMU for 'qxw', we had a chat (on mail) and I gave you the link for https://mentors.debian.net/ and also asked you to file a RFS if you need a sponsor. That is the process to be followed unless you already have a DD who will sponsor you. -- Regards Sudip
