Romain suggested I reassign this bug, as the nvram file is in
linux-firmware upstream and should be included in the debian package.
There's actually bunch of different nvram files for different boards,
and they should probably also be included. At the very least, please
include the Pi board configs:
brcmfmac43430-sdio.raspberrypi,3-model-b.txt
brcmfmac43455-sdio.raspberrypi,3-model-b-plus.txt
brcmfmac43455-sdio.raspberrypi,4-model-b.txt
This could probably allow the raspi-firmware package to remove the
brcmfmac43455-sdio.txt file, but someone with access to the earlier Pi
boards (like 0w) would need to verify that.
