The "access" floppy (root floppy for use with speakup kernel) is the only current user of serial-modules and it is currently too big to fit on a floppy. What's the use case for non-generic USB serial modules in d-i? Note that most of these are _very_ special purpose, for example, empeg is an in-car embedded computer. Why does d-i need to be able to drive its serial port?
