I think this is purely a bibtex problem. I confess that looking at the .bst file, it seems to me that things ought to be working a bit better. In particular, the .bst file defines a bst-option function so I don't understand why this warning: > Warning--entry type for "[citation-star]" isn't style-file defined > --line 35 of file amsxport-options.bib is being issued.
