The project is archived and this tool is now deprecated. The recommendation is to use String.prototype.padStart() instead. However, due to the ubiquity of this package in other node projects it is useful to have this packaged. . This package is useful as a dependency for other Debian node packages. I plan to maintain this as part of the js team.
