Package: radicale Version: 2.1.11-6 The default installation of 2.1.11-6 only logs warning level output to stderr. This is a horrid default.
Replacing /etc/radicale/logging with a file /similar/ to what is on https://wiki.debian.org/Radicale would be a distinct improvement. For packaging I would suggest using INFO, not DEBUG.
