as discussed on #933128, the Debian Perl team wants to remove libparse-debianchangelog-perl. After 10 months of work, all reverse dependencies were ported away from libparse-debianchangelog-perl, except customdeb, whose maintainer agreed can be removed: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=933131#10 Cheers!
