Package: decopy
Version: 0.2.4.3-0.1
Severity: normal

decopy lists license files in debian/copyright, while this is not
necessary. See also:

https://lintian.debian.org/tags/license-file-listed-in-debian-copyright.html

For example, for dulwich it generates a stanza like this:

Files: COPYING
Copyright: 1989-1991, Free Software Foundation, Inc
License: Apache-2 or GPL-2+

(which is actually incorrect since that file contains those two licenses
but is not licensed under them)
