I guess I'd just add a hard dependency on libgcc-s1 -- there's not much
point cherry-picking deps for a mixed buster:bullseye system, forcing newer
libs is fine.  Otherwise, the logic would have moving parts.

As your setup is different from mine: could you please confirm that
installing libcc-s1 fixes the problem?
