Dear Maintainer, Clearly, the bug submitted by Francesco is unpleasant.
I have the same problem today after updated to bullseye. My config file for msmtp is in a directory synchronized with nextcloud and I have a symlink towards ~/.config/msmtp/config. It is pretty convenient for my use. This config file is not a config file of root user but of a simple user. So we wouldn't have to modify something in /etc. The use of symlink is a convenient way to manage all the config files on my two PCs. Here, it brokes all for mstmp. Not very fun for a program used each day... Moreover, I find that the configuration of Apparmor is not an easy task. Just for using a simple symlink for a personal configuration file, it needs a deep investigation for understand what can be done to solve the problem. Ouch !!! The NEWS.Debian file does not help much, for me at least. If something can be done to eliminate this problem ou to give more explanations ou example in NEWS.Debian, please do it. Anyway, thanks for maintening this package. Jean-Philippe
