I was going to upload 3.4.1a-2 today, but there is an issue with the patch, so I'm not going to do it. Please feel free to do a binNMU. I'll be eager to see whether it works. The current version (3.4.1a-1) still has the -O0 for m68k hack in the rules file, but I'll take that out of the next version I upload. This will have the side effect of telling us whether it makes a difference, though you already mentioned that it probably won't.
