Older (Python 2) versions of Xpra used to suggest python-avahi.
python3-avahi is now available (currently in experimental, but will be
in unstable at some point). If Xpra would still benefit from using the
avahi module, please try it with python3-avahi, and add a Suggests if it
seems appropriate.
Note that the bytes/unicode behaviour of some APIs changed between
python-avahi and python3-avahi, as a result of Python 3 strings being
essentially the same thing as Python 2 unicode objects. The Python 3
port is quite new, so there might be some regressions: please report them
upstream and/or to Debian.
