I doubt it. Android never officially supported architectures other than x86, ARM or MIPS. And these days MIPS support is being removed. The source tree for PowerPC is probably from the original `libunwind` and never touched by Google. Even if it builds successfully in PowerPC, I'm quite sure it was never tested.
