Short instructions on how to use this package would be very useful.

I hate to be dense, but I can't tell what to do.
1. The regular grub README.Debian says
to create a grub boot floppy:

   cat /boot/grub/stage1 /boot/grub/stage2 > /dev/fd0
Does this do something else?

2. should the files be uncompressed before use?
3. Why do they have different filesystem types.

In other words, I was expecting something like
dd if=/usr/share/grub-disk/grub-0.97-i486-pc.ext2fs.gz of=/dev/fd0

I'm just trying to get a boot-floppy so I can activate grub, since
grub-install isn't working on my system. Maybe that's not the intended
use of this package?

I think I'll just try the method of point 1 above.
