Well, yes, that's the trigger, but the real issue is in my opinion that /usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/DKIM.pm does a numeric comparison on the version string (and "1.20200513.1" is a perfectly fine version string). So I'm inclinded to reassign this bug to spamassassin.
