Thanks for the note!  I found those pages already and I believe I've
been following the guidelines.  Please let me know if there's
something I missed!

I inquired on IRC the other day about getting a repository set up for
another Javascript package I'm working on (bootsidemenu.js -- see
#960097), and I was asked to go ahead and get the packaging work done
in my personal namespace on Salsa first before I send a RFS.  I hope
to have both packages ready for review in the next few days.
