Hi, You have reworked the debian/rules file for cdbs and forget to add the --disable-debug to the configure script, this make klibido mostly unusable a crash every 10 minutes. FYI without this option, klibido is build with experimental code. From the NEWS file in the 0.2.3 release : PLEASE NOTE: if you don't specify --disable debug as a configure parameters, the last entry in the "newsgroup" menu will be "validate newsgroup". THIS IS A DEBUG FUNCT ION that must be used with care (or not at all), when the program is COMPLETELY idle. It ouputs some statistical information about the selected newsgroups on the conso le.
