Source: efibootmgr Version: 17-1 UEFI RISC-V support is coming to the Linux kernel soon[0]. Upstream GRUB already has RISC-V support and Linux loader support will be added along with kernel support[1]. To enable building grub2 on riscv64, efibootmgr and efivar will need to be built. No additional changes are needed other than adding riscv64 to the package Architecture:s (see attached debdiff).
