I have made an experimental GIT branch 'bill-map' that adds an option
--map that allow to map buttons to actions.

For your use case, you would use --map BTN_RIGHT=BTN_MIDDLE
(Probably I should add names for actions instead of reusing
button names).

What do you think about it ?
