Well, cdparanoia obviously doesn't like your CD or CD drive...

The CD standard only allows 99 tracks per CD.

Anyway, I'll fix the parsing bug in jack tomorrow, but I've no idea
what happens one this is fixed since the TOC info from cdparanoia is
obviously bogus (>270 tracks, tracks with -1 seconds).

Can you install the cdda2wav package and see if this shows better
results:
    cdda2wav --no-infofile -D /dev/cdrom -J -v toc --gui 2>&1
