Nevermind. I'm tired. That was for xmlto and that command I gave
earlier was the wrong one.
Anyway, I'll add the dependency tomorrow but note that you will also
need to add --no-xmllint to avoid errors.

a2x -d manpage -f manpage --no-xmllint ~/Downloads/doc_a2x.1.txt
