The source for dacco contains a file with a filename that's not utf-8 encoded (input/cateng/template/collocations/absència.htm). This causes issues with some tools (as an example: https://sources.debian.org/src/dacco/0.9+20071227-6/input/cateng/template/collocations/ gives error 500). Please repackage the upstream source with the file renamed. From a quick look, it seems the file isn't used in the binary package anyway. You could also talk to upstream and ask them to consider using UTF-8 filenames. If you prefer, I can do an NMU (or sponsor an upload). Cheers, Ivo
