I think it even made it worse, as currently the autopkgtest of php-doctrine-cache is failing in a pure testing environment (copied below). Quickly checked, this bug is holding back the migration, so I lower the severity as in unstable the test is fine. I didn't check carefully but I hope with this package migrating the situation improves a bit (if it's allowed after the installability check).
