Discussion list for the Debian CI projec
this list concentrates discussion around topics related to the Debian CI 
project: Debian CI itself, autopkgtest, debci (the codebase), autodep8, etc.

And basically it is our duty to say what the topic of a list is. And I
still think having two list doesn't make sense.

And if its not called salsa we will rename it and so on. No I think a
general list for such kind of topics is the way to go.
