Last time someone has checked… if gdb-minimal is installed, the debugger in gnat-gps runs fine if gdb is installed, the debugger in gnat-gps does not work so I consider that * Recommends: gdb-minimal is correct * Recommends: gdb is incorrect Bug #659166 (cannot run debugger from gnat-gps) is fixed (by the gdb-minimal work-around). It cannot block this one or be merged anymore. However, it is referenced here because it contains clues for a proper solution.
