Package: lintian Severity: wishlist please consider tagging these cases:

- debhelper (>= 11),
+ debhelper (>= 12),
+ debhelper-compat (= 12),
libbz2-dev,
libtar-dev,
Having both debhelper and debhelper-compat there is only needed when the
version of debhelper is >> the version of debhelper-compat, not when
it's ==. Or when it has extra restrictions (build profiles, etc).
