With 21 days reached, I will now make Non-maintainer upload for taglib (as
well as taglib-extras) and upload to DELAYED/7. If you have any doubts, please
let me know *immediately*.

I plan to have the packages team-maintained in Debian Multimedia Team since
taglib is critical to most multimedia software.
