This bug also affects alpha, sparc64, sh4 and m68k. At least on sparc64 and sh4 we have SECCOMP support in kernel, but not HAVE_ARCH_SECCOMP_FILTER. Does libseccomp need HAVE_ARCH_SECCOMP_FILTER? Anyway, I forwarded the bug to upstream. Let's see what can be done for those missing archs.
