The package installs cleanly and successfully builds the kernel module on a
freshly installed sid VM.
Attempting to run piuparts locally in that same VM (without the package
installed, not that it should matter) "succeeds" (but does not seem to
actually build a kernel module.

How can I find out more about the contents of the
/srv/piuparts.debian.org/slave/basetgz/sid_amd64.tar.gz indicated in the
indicated piuparts log?

Thanks,

Ben
