According to #911166, the whole gtksourceview2 package is going to be removed from Debian, and this is transitively going to remove lablgtk2 and geneweb from testing on 2020-05-09 (see https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/geneweb) My understanding is therefore that, to prevent another removal from testing, the geneweb-gui package must either be dropped or ported to GTK 3.
