Package: alpine Version: 2.20+dfsg1-7 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
I was viewing a message in alpine (which was running in a gnome-terminal window in Gnome/cinnamon desktop) Using the cursor keys I navigated to a hyperlink and hit enter. alpine opened the footline-dialog displaying the link text and offering to open my browser. I resized the terminal window to full screen size (in order to see the complete link text). I hit Control-C to cancel the footline-dialog. HERE IS THE BUG: using the cursor keys I could no longer navigate to the bottom of the email. Alpine may have remembered the old screen size and how much of the message had been visible before the resize. It would only let me navigate as far as the old window size. Which is strange, because in the old window size it would have been even more neccessary to scroll to get to the bottom of the email. The bug DOESN'T OCCUR if you resize the window in normal operation, i.e. while outside the footline-dialog. The bug ALSO OCCURS if you resize while in any other footline-dialog, for instance the "whereis" dialog.
