I understand your frustration but sorry, I didn't have enough spare time to look into this problem, and it is one of the kind which are not easy to fix. It does require lots of efforts. I have found a couple of issues which might be something which triggers your issues, but it is hard to confirm anything. So, simple questions: - do you have enough skills to rebuild a Debian package from source? - would you like to assist in testing when you get an unofficial package? (and for which architecture?) - do you prefer to wait for an official update which might not solve it? - do you care at all?
