Hi,
/usr/bin/{allcm,kpsetool} where moved to texlive-extra-utils, making
/usr/bin/{allec,kpsepath,kpsexpand} dangling symlinks in texlive-base.
I guess you want to move the symlinks as well or add a dependency.
