Package: libopenmpi3
Version: 4.0.3-1
Severity: important

Hi

I just found on **two** computers the same file, with completely wrong
file name character encoding:

$ cd /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
$ ls -l
'R'$'\361''9P'$'\f''*'$'\022\204''P'$'\005\260''"'$'\201\202''@'$'\233'':'$'\231''P'$'\002\f\n'
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 32 Apr  4 08:22
'R'$'\361''9P'$'\f''*'$'\022\204''P'$'\005\260''"'$'\201\202''@'$'\233'':'$'\231''P'$'\002\f\n'
 -> libmpi_mpifh-gfortran.so.40.20.2
$

This is somehow a bit strange ...
