PDAL bumped its SONAME requiring a transition. All packages except python-pdal rebuilt successfully as summarized below. python-pdal won't be updated for PDAL 2.1, its removal from the archive has been requested in #955598. I would like to do this after the hdf5 transition, as soon as the mpich blocker is resolved.
