I can successfully run `rake` inside the source tree, but `debuild` fails. The problem is the created .gemspec file debian/-ruby-hoe/. It's date field seems to respond to spec.date in test_hoe.rb. But this only happens with Ruby 2.7, not with Ruby 2.5.
