I'm not really sure if this actually helps: it's only in a small number of cases that people install a webmail client on the machine they use to browse the web with. SquirrelMail has a GPG plugin which is quite good. You can get it from http://www.squirrelmail.org , but it's not packaged for Debian. However, you always have the problem of having to store the secret key on the webmail server. I don't know of any solution where you can use a local secret key with a remote webmail server, and I doubt that it's possible in a way that could remotely be stamped as convenient. bye, Thijs
