Package: util-vserver Version: 0.30.210-3 Followup-For: Bug #360885 The script fails after
... + '[' -e /proc/self/vinfo ']' + showattr -d / + awk '{print $1}' + grep -q B because grep returns 1 on mismatch and this terminates the script because of the 'set -e' at the beginning. The following should work: if showattr -d / | awk '{print $1'} | grep -q B then setattr ... fi I can still construct a case where the barrier flag is not removed from the root / : if the updated package is installed while running a non-vserver kernel. This is a probably very rare condition and I can't think about a good fix for this.
