Package: src:linux Version: 5.4.19-1 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Problem : The problem was that my Lenovo Ideapad 530s touchpad's wasn't recognized (not listed in /proc/bus/input/devices and not recognized by gnome). Resolution : I compiled a 5.4.19 kernel with the same configuration as the debian one's but i just added CONFIG_I2C_AMD_MP2=y and it worked. So the fix will be to include CONFIG_I2C_AMD_MP2 in the kernel build. Thanks :) -- Package-specific info: ** Version: Linux version 5.4.0-4-amd64 (debian-ker...@lists.debian.org) (gcc version 9.2.1 20200203 (Debian 9.2.1-28)) #1 SMP Debian 5.4.19-1 (2020-02-13) ** Command line: BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-5.4.0-4-amd64 root=UUID=cf4ba8a3-69e8-4a39-9bd3-78ba7c156f9d ro quiet ** Not tainted ** Kernel log: [ 3.530939] systemd[1]: plymouth-read-write.service: Succeeded.
