I was thinking of:
1) Getting feedback from someone affected by this bug (like me) that
this patch indeed solves it, and then
2) Find out how to "reassign this issue to wpasupplicant instead of
network-manager", without opening a new bug for the same issue and then
having to manage two bugs...
Is that an appropriate approach?
