It seems like it's xfce4-terminal problem.
Here is output of ls:

And output for update-alternatives:

/usr/bin/xfce4-terminal.wrapper is a simple Perl script which runs
xfce4-terminal with specified arguments.
So, I'll reassign it to package xfce4-terminal.
