Unfortunately no. Flang is undergoing a major overhaul as it is integrated properly into llvm, and the current branch and tree don't build against llvm-9, and likely to remain so for several months. I've been undoing its rdeps so there is little disruption when it is removed from unstable (and is FTBFS ).
