Unfortunately no. Flang is undergoing a major overhaul as it is
integrated properly into llvm, and the current branch and tree

don't build against llvm-9, and likely to remain so for several months.
I've been undoing its rdeps so there is little disruption when it

is removed from unstable (and is FTBFS ).

It would be good if llvm-7 was not removed from _unstable_ until flang
gets fixed, though.
