Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation? changed from debian 9 where they the
messages were reported
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?

I know that there should be some proftpd messages because I did get
messages from /var/log/xferlog so there has to be some. I have no
anonymous logins to this server.
