The last two uploads of xcffib (-0.7 and -0.8) both failed to build on s390x because of a testsuite timeout. This is preventing the fix for the broken build-depends from migrating to testing.

Note: I am ccing the cairocffi maintainers because xcffib is orphaned and udd tells me that it is a key package because of cairocffi.
