Rationale:
A common use of Debian is for running mail servers.  Anti-spam configuration is
a difficult area of MTA configuration that users often need assistance with.
Requests for assistance in configuration can also lead to new developments of
anti-spam software.

Long Description:
List for configuration support for email anti-spam software and also
classification software that can be used for anti-spam and other purposes.
For users to ask questions and also to discuss how software should work and
whether an issue is really a bug.
