Hi, Thanks for your bug report. mailman3 version 3.2.2-1 won't enter oldstable, and there is no ground to make it depend on python3 >= 3.7. The only version available in stretch is the stretch-backports one, which is mailman 3.2.0-4, which doesn't rely on importlib.resources.
