Dear switchconf maintainer, The last upload of package switchconf was not a source-only upload. As a result, the most recent upload will not migrate to Testing. According to the policy of Release Team on Feb. 2020 [1], packages that are out-of-sync between testing and unstable for more than 60 days are considered to be having a Release-Critical bug.
