Not only then...
My locale is [EMAIL PROTECTED] and I have the same problem, if I connect
via FTP to a debian mirror and hit <ENTER> on a Debian package.
It download and and then it goes into the Debian-Archive where I
choose to read with <F3> the INFO.
Please note, that this error is allready a little bit longer in mc.
