Thanks for the heads up, and I sincerely apologize for the removal of
cvs-fast-export from Debian "bullseye" (testing).
It is, thankfully, still in Debian "sid" (unstable) and "buster"
(stable, i.e. Debian 10).

The problems actually lies in me, actually, or rather, in my failure
to update the Debian packaging files in time, especially
debian/control and debian/rules, to use Python 3 instead.

I'll be fixing the packaging soon, and either upload 1.47-2 to use
Python 3, or upgrade to 1.50 and upload 1.50-1.  If all goes well,
cvs-fast-export should be back in Debian "bullseye" (testing) within
one week.
